On-Site Service Area and Minimum Job Requirements

Because On-Site Document Scanning is our most prominent service we do have a minimum document requirement for us to go on site. If your project falls short of the minimum page requirement we will charge the minimum document base charge. If your job goes over the minimum requirement then we will charge based on the exact document count in your job. Please note that medical files and other small scanning jobs typically fall short of the minimum charge. See below for our current service areas and the minimum document requirements.

How to calculate minimum job requirements
   

We focus on a narrower niche than our competition. This is why we are able to provide the most economical document imaging and copy services in Southern California. FicheNet Imaging Solutions does not provide trial presentation boards, graphics, models, messengers, process servers or mailers. FicheNet Imaging Solutions focus is on your documents! Lower overhead equal more economical solutions for the end user.
