Our focus is high volume on-site document scanning. If you need medium volume or high volume on-site scanning services look no further. Our scanners boast page scanning speeds at over 110 pages per minute (6,600/per hour) for black/white documents and 55 pages per minute (3,300/per hour) for 8.5x11 full color or gray scale pages. By utilizing prep sheets, customized software and other FIS trade secrets we offer the fastest and smoothest on-site scanning service you will ever need.

Every document we scan is a digital file that can be electronically annotated and/or converted to Searchable PDF or one of many other formats. Delivered to you on a CD-R or DVD-R or uploaded directly to your file server. Using high-speed laser printers we can provide you with a paper copy as well.

  • The Paper Copies from Color Scans can be printed in either full color or in b/w with the electronic file remaining in color, this saves on printing costs.
  • 1, 2, 3 or 4 small photographs can be electronically added to a single electronic image to save on print costs.
Our scanners operate under 70db and are much quieter than most copiers and will not disturb your office environment.
