General

Document Preparation? YES - We can handle documents with sizes ranging from personal checks up to spec E-size (36x48) engineering drawings and larger.

Pickup and Delivery? YES - For ALL of Southern California. Out of our area? No problem we use UPS, Fed-X and the USPS for shipping.

On-Site Filming/Scanning/Copy? YES - We specialize in Scanning/Copy Services for Attorneys and the legal field. If you have special requirements, we can easily come to you if needed.

Weekend Turnaround? YES - If documents cannot leave the facility during business hours, but you do not want us working at your facility, we can pick up (in smaller quantities due to the shorter time frame) late Friday afternoon and deliver back Monday morning.

Document Destruction/Paper Recycling YES - We will store your documents for a **90 day minimum for FREE which gives you time to use your Microfilm or Electronic Media. After the 90 days if you feel conformable you then sign a Destruction Authorization (a sample form can be found on our Downloads page) and then we have your documents not only shredded, but also recycled

Customer Incentive Agreement / Service Contract? YES - By signing for a contract term you can receive a reduced price.

Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement? YES - For peace of mind that your documents are protected.


Document Microfilming:

On-Site Microfilming? NO

Document Sizes? Any size up to 14"x18"

16mm Document Filming? YES - Best used for archiving of documents with lower retrieval volumes and for as the most cost effective first step to an ArkScan conversion.

105mm (true) Microfiche Filming? YES - Best used for desktop retrieval. Fast, easy and efficient.

35mm Roll/Jackets Filming? NO - We no longer offer any filming services for engineering or architectural size drawings (larger than 14x18)

Aperture Cards Filming? NO - We no longer offer this service.


Microfilm Duplication:

16mm Roll Duplication? YES - Need and extra set of microfilm for any reason, we duplicate all formats.

105mm Microfiche Duplication? YES - Including 16mm Jackets and 35mm Jackets.

On-Site Microfiche Duplication? YES - We duplicate (105mm fiche only) on site so we can take the films back to our office for scanning.

35mm Roll Duplication? NO - We no longer offer this service.

Aperture Cards Duplication? NO - We no longer offer this service.


Microfilm Indexing:

Data entry providing crossed reference indexes to your files. Using file number, name, or any other field established by you. Data is output to paper or to most popular windows formats on diskette, CD-R or via e-mail.

16mm Roll Microfilm Indexing? YES

105mm Microfiche Indexing Services? YES

35mm Indexing Services? NO

Microfilm Page Printing Services? YES - 16mm, 35mm, 105mm, jackets and aperture cards can be printed back to 8.5"x11" or 11"x17" paper.

Jacketize you existing 16mm or 35mm film? YES - Commonly used hand in hand with our processing and/or duplication services. You send us your film right from your camera and we will get back to you in the format you request.

Microfilm Processing? YES - 16mm, 35mm and 105mm films. If you perform your own microfilming, we can develop your microfilm for you eliminating your equipment and hazardous chemicals from your office.

Microfilm Scanning

Electronic conversion of microfilm eliminates the difficult manual nature of film retrieval and eliminates film viewers and reader printers for ever.

On-Site Film Scanning? Some - Only for 16mm and for special cases only.

DPI? 200 & 300 dpi

Output Media? CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, ZIP Disk or Hard Drive(s) or FTP directly to your server.

Indexing? YES - from simple file naming to complex cross referenced data bases.

Scan 16mm Roll Film? YES

Scan 35mm Rolls film? YES

Scan 105mm Fiche/Jackets? YES

Scan Aperture Cards? YES


Electronic Imaging / Document Scanning

On-Site Document Scanning? YES - for documents up to 12"x17"

Oversized Document Scanning? YES - but only in-house documents larger than 12"x17"

Color Scanning? YES - up to 12"x17" high volume color scanning fir photos, parts manuals etc... anything in color.

Grayscale Scanning? YES - same as color.

DPI? 150, 200, 240, 300 & 400 dpi

Output Formats? Standard ‘group IV 2D .tif images, pdf, jpeg, bmp and others.

Output Media? CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, ZIP Disk or Hard Drive(s) or FTP directly to your server.

PDF Conversion? YES - pdf conversion to .pdf image, .pdf normal or .pdf + text files.

Indexing? YES - from simple file naming to complex cross referenced data bases.

OCR Service? YES - pdf image + text, MS Word .doc, Corel Wordperfect .wpd and basic .txt files.

Bates Numbering / Page Annotation? YES - The annotated text can use variable fonts, styles, sizes and page locations.

Electronic Images (CD-R) - Laser Printing Services? YES - Black & White/Grayscale can be printed on up to 11"x17" paper, with various levels of electronic and manual page annotations. Full color can be printed on 8.5"x11" paper.


Hybrid Film Based and Electronic Imaging Service

ArkScan? (specialty solution that provides dual output media of microfilm and electronic files) Images are first committed to long term archival microfilm AND then scanned into electronic format for lighting fast retrievals.


Software

Customized Retrieval Software? Barracuda Image Retrieval Software for all electronic imaging services. Powerful and inexpensive.

Backups? We perform data and archived backups of all data and some electronic image files, however they are not a Guarantee they are for our own archive. You are responsible for the images once they are delivered to you.
