FicheNet Imaging Solutions is very proud of our involvement to help the environment. Our existing clients are very familiar with our recycling program for their documents. We provide this service to you for FREE for doing business with us. FicheNet Imaging Solutions offers a destruction and recycling plan that is very environmentally friendly. FicheNet Imaging Solutions will store your documents for a **90 day minimum, FREE. This time period gives you time to use your Microfilm or Electronic Media. After 90 days you sign a Destruction Authorization Form. (a sample form can be found on our Downloads page) All your documents will be shredded and recycled into new paper to save our trees and other natural resources. All of this is performed at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to you. We can provide you with all the necessary documentation regarding this process.
You may also choose to have your documents returned to you after the converions process. In this case we will deliver
your new media along with your documents.

**After 90 days the box storage costs $5.00 per month for standard
file boxes and $8.00 for banker size boxes.
