Strict
FDA regulations stipulate you must have two copies of the original research document. Your researchers may spend
a very large portion of their life creating documentation on their research. Your company existence depends on
this information. Do you want to have someone's entire career of research destroyed in a disaster? What if a book is
misfiled or lost? What about about the accidental coffee or soda spill? Not to mention FDA fines or shut downs
for not being compliant. We provide a solid solution to these issues. Scientific Laboratory Notebooks need backups!
Lab books can be converted to pdf files that can be loaded onto your
company intranet and referenced by html or through complex data entry referencing scientist name, books numbers,
specific formulas etc...
If you are concerned about platform changes, the life span or stability
of these electronic images in the future, we have a custom service just for you; ArkScan. We will first microfilm
your lab books to either 16mm roll microfilm (most economical) or 105mm microfiche and then convert them to electronic
images. You can have your film and CD's too! If in the future your electronic images need to be upgraded due to
computer/company changes, you simply have your microfilm re-scanned to match the new technology. The archival quality
of microfilm lasts well over 100+ years. This covers all your bases, greatly increases your accessibility and gives
you 3 forms of original documentation!
